Progression rosters are built with the goal of "killing the boss in as few pulls as possible." We consider many things when putting these together, including:
- Historical performance of the player, numerically
- Historical performance of the spec
- Attendance
- Deathrates
- Defensive use
- Compositional needs
We're not going meta chase ourselves off a cliff, but you're going to be best off if you're open to the idea of sitting sometimes.
No one is exempt from this.
