NHS Tutorials (Student Sign-Up)
PLEASE READ:

Fill out the following form so that we can best gauge how to help you. Please enter an email address that we can contact you through and you check regularly. Fill out one form per tutoring session. Tutoring will be held in Ms. Camarillo's room  (2705) on Mondays and Wednesdays in Ms. Kuhleman's room (2707) on Tuesdays and Fridays. There is NO tutoring on THURSDAYS.

*Important Note: Please fill out the form 48 hours prior to the date you wish to be tutored on so as to guarantee that you will be able to be matched with a tutor. You will receive a confirmation email once you have been matched with a tutor.  *NO EXCEPTIONS*
