OPT OUT REQUEST FORM 2023-2024
Throughout the school year our high school students are occasionally photographed while participating in school activities.  Activities include but are not limited to athletic events, assemblies, classroom activities, yearbook publication and award ceremonies.  We respect the wishes of any parent/guardian that does not wish to have their child's picture published in a newspaper, yearbook, on our website or in any other publication.  We are currently updating our "Do Not Photograph" list of students.  In the event that your child's photograph is taken and you do not want it published, simply select “I do not wish to have my child's photograph displayed publicly” on the form below.

We are also required by law to release a list of our junior and senior students to the various branches of the United States Armed Forces. If your child is a junior or senior and you do not want their name to appear on the list, please be sure to click on the “Do not list my child's name on the military list.” From time to time, military recruiters will visit our school and provide information about military careers and scholarships to those who are interested. Your student is under no obligation to participate is those activities.
