Sullivan's Board Co. Workshop Request Form
We offer two different workshop packages. If you choose our small option, you will create an 8x8 box meant for two as an after dinner snack or carry to lunch the next day. If you choose the medium option you will be creating a 14x10 box meant to be shared with 4-6 guests. All supplies will be provided for making your boxes.

You will be responsible for the space you host in and refreshments for your guests. If you would like to place an order for a board to be created for your event, that can be arranged.

I will teach you skills and techniques on building a unique and delicious charcuterie and cheese board. You will learn cheese carving, meat folds, fruit carving, grocery shopping, prep techniques and different options to build your board on and so much more!

When planning your private workshop, we work together to select a date, you will provide a head count, and to make things official we will take a deposit of half to hold your date! The remaining will be due the week of the event. There is a minimum of 10 guests in attendance to have a private workshop.

Bring your craving for charcuterie knowledge!

Each guest in attendance will need a ticket. No sit in guests for the class.

Full refund available for canceling a month before your workshop. After a month, you will forfeit your deposit. If cancellation one week prior you are responsible for full payment.

We recommend eating your order within 24 hours of delivery. Please keep your order refrigerated until ready to consume. We recommend taking the box/board out of refrigeration about 30 minutes before you plan on consuming as cheese is best enjoyed at room temp. It is safe to eat up until 4 hours at room temperature, after this time, we recommend it to be disposed of. Your board will stay fresh for up to 3 days while refrigerating, but is meant to be enjoyed the day of for best quality.
