Past years at this event when we were outdoors like we are now... we have had over 3500 people in a day!

This Event will have 50+ vendors. There will be contests all day, free presentations, and free entry fun.

The spaces will be 10x10 outdoor booths for a $50 fee.

10x20 outdoor booth for $80

Power is not available.

Fees are not refundable, but transferrable to any future event.

Vendor fees can be paid via Venmo (@pokypartybarn), PayPal, Cash in Pocatello, or Card over the phone or via emailed invoice. Refund Policy: Vendor Fees are refundable ONLY if we cancel the event for whatever reasons on our end. If you have to cancel and are unable to attend for ANY reason the fee is Transferrable to any future event, but NOT REFUNDABLE.

For an additional $25 you can join the "scavenger hunt". This will put you on the hunt given to all that come into the festival. Your logo will be placed on the form and they will need you to mark your spot for them. They will then get a prize for going to all of the booths on the hunt. This typically drives a good amount of traffic to your booth.

Lots of family friendly activities, local local resources, and entertainment to bring a crowd.

Food Truck (No Vendor Fee) - Must sign up with Bannock County and pay for the $90 electrical inspection.

10x10 Space with Camping - $75 (booth space on gravel/asphalt & camp space is the 40 feet directly behind your booth)

10x20 Space with Camping - $100 (booth space on gravel/asphalt & camp space is the 40 feet directly behind the booth space)

Sponsorship (Optional)

Raffle Item Donation - Logo on main banner and mentioned at the event by the DJ as well as your business card with your item all day at the raffle table.

$50 - #1 Mentioned on Social Medias and at the event periodically.

$100 - #2 Mentioned on Social Medias and at the event periodically. As well as have your logo placed on PocatelloEvents.com and on the event banner.

$500 - #3 Entertainment/Games Sponsor - All of #1&#2 plus a banner hung at the event on the building & a banner at the entrance naming you as a main sponsor. Mentioned in all advertising.

Initial here if you are not a sex offender in any location on earth. You also have never committed a crime against a child. You also will not bring any such person to this event. This event is for families and we intend to take every measure to keep it safe and fun for them.

We have been organizing events in Pocatello for 5 years and have experience of over 30 years. Our fesitvals have drawn huge crowds in the past. This will be on grass with trees and shade, lots of space, walking trails, and plenty for all ages to do. Please let us know any special requests you have such as placement near other vendors or spacing concerns. Vendor fee must be paid to guarantee your spot. Please come in enough time to be set up by 4pm Friday and stay set up until 5pm on Saturday. We will be there early. If you need to be early, please let me know ahead of time so we can plan accordingly. An email with a map and final info will be sent out the week prior to the event. If you are interested in camping... you can do so by renting a space from the county right there on site. All booths must be off the grass by 9pm to avoid sprinklers. If you would like to stay set up for both days you will want a parking lot area booth. Camping is included in those booths. You will have 40 feet of space behind your booth space for camping.
