Condition. Clients agree to acknowledge that items are secondhand and therefore gently used. All garments undergo basic cleaning processes (steaming, laundered, spot cleaned, etc.) and are ready to wear out of the box.Fit and Tailoring. Clients acknowledge our stylist exercises best judgement when curating bundles based on the sizing information provided. Not every item received may fit perfectly, and some may require tailoring. If your items do not fit and you do not wish to take your item(s) to a tailor, returns are accepted.
Return Policy. Clients acknowledge that refunds will be given in the form of store credit only. Returns and exchanges are allowed up to two weeks from the date of delivery if item(s) do not fit. Credit can be used on any items sold via Instagram, on the website or in-person pop-up markets (*not eligible at our in-person vendor spaces*). Clients must agree to pay for return shipping. After the two week period is up returns will not be accepted.
