This entry form is for National Youth Storytelling held September 6-11, 2022 based in Lehi, Utah. Youth Tellers will be given the opportunity to perform at a Showcase and at Timpanogos Storytelling Festival at Thanksgiving Point in Lehi, Utah. NYS Tellers will also be recorded at a recording studio and interviewed and recorded with The Apple Seed. Please only apply for the Festival if you are able to perform and attend during those dates. Selected storytellers will receive a complimentary pass to the Festival, but will be responsible for their own travel and lodging expenses.

Youth 8-18 years old (or grade 2-12), from anywhere in the world, are invited to submit an application. Entries are due Friday, March 25, 2022. As in previous years, all youth will submit an electronic audition video of their story.

Submission Details:
1. Record your story and attach a story link in question 13 (please upload your story even if you were chosen at a Utah school storytelling festival). *Note: all applicants are responsible to record and upload their own stories.

2. Length of performance should be 3-8 minutes.

3. Video Recording: Electronic video link is required (YouTube, Vimeo, etc., see question 13).

4. All youth storyteller videos will be reviewed by a national panel of judges. Selected storytellers will be notified by the first Monday in May and will perform at the 2022 National Youth Storytelling Events.
