DA Athletics Spectator Ticket Transfer Form - Winter 20-21

Durham Academy and the NCISAA are allowing 25 spectators to attend each indoor event. Each member of our roster is allowed 2 tickets for the event they are participating in. This is for HOME games only. We are not permitted to have spectators for any road game. We will have a pass list at the gate for each game and by default, this list will contain the parents/legal guardians of each participating student-athlete. Please take a moment to complete this form if someone OTHER THAN a legal guardian of your child will be in attendance in place of a parent / legal guardian. Please be prepared to participate in our health and safety screening as well as show a valid ID when you arrive on campus.

Please note, this must be completed by 11 am the day of the game and anyone who arrives to the event who is not on our list will be turned away. We are grateful for your continued support of Durham Academy Athletics!
