In order for schools to remain in the hybrid model during a yellow zone designation, we are required to randomly COVID test 20% of each schools population every week. These tests are free of charge.  

We would like to gauge our families intent as it relates to providing consent for testing of your child, if the district has to meet this requirement. If your child(ren) are randomly selected for a COVID test you would then get a formal consent form to participate.  Parents would then be scheduled for a rapid COVID test appointment to attend with their child(ren) at a local testing site administered by licensed medical personnel.
