Owning a stock is a requirement for someone to be a full time member at the CCC (besides exceptions of new member programs, under age 35, etc).  Those new members specifically - would need to address the stock situation by the time they finish the 2nd year of membership.

The Club has several outstanding shares it can sell.  However, we would like to extend the offer to the current stockholders to be able to sell any additional shares they might want to part with. A stockholder has the ability to sell the stock for as much as they would like.  A list of members & contact info in the "pool" will be shared amongst the membership.  Stock sales will be negotiated privately between the two parties, independent of the Club.  Written (email) documentation must be provided for any transaction.
