I'm Abby -- mother, yoga teacher, preschool owner, space holder, + lover of healing through Mother Nature and her gifts.

Above all of the "things" I have worked so hard to accomplish in life, there is nothing more that I love other than to just simply be. Whether it is through yoga, my homeschool resources, or just being an act of service to my community, my passion for helping people has not changed, but deepened as the world continues to spin. As a homeschooling mommy of 3, working from home while monetizing my passions has not only allowed me to create more room for income, but introduced me to a new level of self love and self care I realized I so deeply deserved. And the gag is, everyone deserves the same luxury of being able to work when they want and where they want while doing what they love. The hardest part about believing that this is actually possible is learning how to step into your power + let the world know you have gifts within yourself that need to be shared. Knowing you are worthy of living a lifestyle that you have absolute control of, all while developing a deeper love and appreciation for yourself for stepping out of your comfort zone and shutting down anything your Ego has to say.

As I share my journey with the world, the shedding of many layers and identities that I hid under for so long become a distant memory that I love + appreciate for reminding me how badass and resilient we as humans are. When it comes to living life, my only intention is to make actions that come from a place of love. That everything I do, is genuine and true. That the words I speak, are only meant to be used to empower, uplift, and support myself and others. Living a life that breeds new levels of authenticity and security with who I am has been a hell of a journey, and now I feel called to guide other people to do the same.
