With your submission you agree that your personal data (name, email address, institution) may be processed by the Hochschulforum Digitalisierung together with the submission of your digital proposal. You agree to receive information related to #SemesterHack 2.0 by e-mail in preparation for the event and afterwards.
All digital submissions (titles and teasers) within the event from 12 - 13 November, 2020 will be presented in a Mattermost team. Access to the submissions requires an account, which can be created after personal invitation by the Hochschulforum Digitalisierung. Mattermost is hosted by the AI Campus, the privacy policy can be viewed here:

Furthermore, you agree that your personal data, i.e. your name and that of your institution, can be published together with your submission in the following media:
- Website of #SemesterHack 2.0
- Website of HFD

- Website of AI Campus
- Social media channels from #SemesterHack 2.0, HFD, DAAD, AI Campus.
Consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time with effect for the future. We request your revocation in text form to
semesterhack@hochschulforum.org.
The data stored at the providers will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for their purposes and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory storage obligations.
You have the right to complain to a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State in which you are resident, your place of work or the place of the suspected infringement, if you believe that the processing of personal data concerning you is in breach of the GDPR.
