The project "Migrant Talent Garden" invites you to the Business Incubator, in which you will have a chance to work on your own business idea in teams with the help of professional trainers and mentors! This program offers you a great opportunity of self-development with the help of mentorship, boost your chances for employment in the labor market, and also find the right direction towards building a company.
The program is open to foreigners and migrants living in Lithuania and willing to develop their business ideas and plans. It does not matter if you do not have any skills. Let's start with your idea first! We will support you with all answers needed to create or upgrade your business.
Program participants commit to participating in a cycle of 10 learning sessions in October-December. In addition to this, participants will have an opportunity to meet further and consult professional mentors to work on their business plans. The authors of the best business plans will share a prize that is worth up to 5 000 EUR, and will be invited to an international partner event, where the best idea will receive an additional award – a crowdfunding campaign.

The aim of "Migrant Talent Garden" project is to support young migrants through mentorship, online tools, training courses and events on their way to implementing business ideas. Our project has a cycle of events for both integration workers, business representatives and migrants. The focus of activities is on developing theoretical and practical knowledge of entrepreneurship, business creation opportunities and establishment in the labor market. This project consists of three main parts: Trainings for Business Experts and Integration Workers, Capacity Trainings for Migrants and a Business Incubator.
Migrant Talent Garden is a project funded by the European Economic Area (EEA) and the Norwegian Financial Mechanisms. The project partners carried out an in-depth study and developed a methodology for promoting and developing entrepreneurship: providing training and tools, providing mentoring and support, and setting up a co-operation center (HUB).
