Tietoja hallinnoi ja käsittelee Lapin ammattikorkeakoulun opiskelijakunta ROTKOn hallitus, edustajisto sekä LYY:n hallitus. Kaikilla edellämainituilla tahoilla on kuitenkin oikeus tarkastella luovuttamiasi tietoja ja käyttää yhteystietojasi mahdollisia yhteydenottoja varten.

Tiedot tullaan hävittämään viimeistään helmikuun loppuun mennessä.
