Hello! We are excited about your interest in being an assistant crew leader at Brady Farm. For those who have not worked with us before - we are located on the south side of Syracuse along Onondaga Creek Boulevard. Our goal is to provide our community with fresh and affordable produce, while helping folks of all experience be involved with our farm. This year, we are looking for 2 assistant crew leaders to help apprentices learn about farming and doing farm work and market sales. This job involves working outside through all types of weather, performing physical work, and guiding apprentices through their tasks. With the help of the staff, assistant crew leaders are expected to be role models and a source of knowledge for apprentices while supporting staff by helping manage the production process.

This position will require some weekend work for farm stands and training for apprentices - at least two weekend days per month, and possibly more in April and May (maximum 4 weekend days per month).
