The information you provide in this registrationform will be stored and be used to organize the event. If you have any comments or concerns about what you register, please let us know.

By filling out you approve that we are allowed to:
- use information provided to get in touch with you
- send you some emails with information about the event
- if needed for covid tracking, hand over the information about participants name, phone number and days participated to the covid tracking team
- publish your name as a participant for other participants to see. The list will be in the forum on brikkelauget.no and in the participants facebook-group. If you do not want your name to be published, write so in the "Other useful information" field.
- store your name as a participant for "På kloss hold 2021" and keep a record of what years you have participated

All other information you register except your name and participating years,  will be deleted 14 days (or later if special circumstances require so) after the event due to covid tracking.
