I. Each delegate to the Georgia Junior Classical League (GJCL) Praetoria is required to abide by all rules and regulations set forth in the GJCL Praetoria FAX, as well as to any and all local school policies. Failure to abide by any of the rules may result in removal from the GJCL State Convention at the sole discretion of the GJCL Committee. Additionally, a delegate may face further disciplinary proceedings from his or her local schools.

II. Further, each delegate acknowledges that by attending the State Convention he or she may be recorded (by any video, sound, picture, or any other means) and consents to such recordings being used by the GJCL for any purpose including commercial use, advertisement, promotion, or other media. The GJCL, however, assumes no responsibility for any videos, photographs, or other media used by individuals on the own personal social media. items posted to the personal social media accounts do now reflect the views of GJCL and are the responsibility of the student posting.

III. In accepting the aforementioned conditions the delegate expressly: (i) releases and agrees to hold the GJCL together with its officers, agents, sponsors, invitees, or other individuals the GJCL from any liability for loss or damage to their persons or property, infringement of any right or any other claim or cause of action of any kind; (ii) authorizes and permits the GJCL and its designees to use for any and all purposes his or her name, voice, and likeness and all reproduction thereof in any and all forms and in all media now or hereafter know in perpetuity; and (iii) agrees to comply with all GJCL rules and regulations.
