I understand: the price for services; payment can be made with cash, check or credit card; I will be charged a gas/travel fee if I live outside of sit-stay-play's main service area; I will be charged a Meet & Greet fee if I add new pets and SSP needs to come out and meet them; there are holiday fees; that my house keys/garage door opener cannot be left at the end of the last visits and that my keys/opener will be mailed back C.O.D. when I request them to be mailed; once my pet care services are confirmed a cancellation policy is in effect and if I don't cancel services according to the policy, I will be charged; cancellation fees are due within 7 days and SSP will send a Zelle or Square invoice for online paying or you can send a check or drop payment off at 217 S. Cherry St., Suite 2, Muncie, IN 47305; there are no refunds for same day cancellations (within 24 hours of start date); and there's a $10 fee for same day (within 24 hours) requests. *
