VOLUNTEER APPLICATION FORM 
Please complete this form to apply for an in-person volunteer position at the 2024 TWS-WS Annual Meeting to be held February 5-9, 2024 in Rohnert Park, CA. Volunteers are encouraged to apply by December 15, 2023. Positions are first-come, first-served. Students get first priority but others are encouraged to apply.  Please don't hesitate to apply later as positions often open up at the last minute.

You must be registered and pay for the conference by Dec. 15th in order to secure a volunteer position in the first round of scheduling assignments. Anyone not registered by Dec. 16th will be moved to the waitlist and will be eligible once they have registered.

Please indicate when you are available to work as a volunteer at the meeting.  Volunteers must be scheduled and work for at least 8 hours in order to be eligible for registration fee reimbursement and the housing/incidentals allowance.

Pre-conference symposia or workshops?
Are you interested in attending one of the pre-conference events as a  volunteer? Working one of these events will be in addition to working 8 hours at the main conference.  Volunteers get to attend the pre-conference event for free!

We can reimburse up to $140 per person in lodging/travel costs. Please only request a reimbursement if your costs are not already paid for by your work or school.
