INTRODUCTION
The PLO Lumumba Foundation established the PLO Africa Mentorship Program-PLO-AMP whose main objective is to mentor young Africans into self-sufficiency and servant leadership. One of the main objectives is to provide a forum for dialogue and network among young people with the common vision of transforming Africa.

The inaugural launch was held on the 20th and 21st days of June, 2019 in Nairobi, Kenya (East Africa).

The second edition of the Conference will be hosted by the PLO Lumumba Foundation Ghana Chapter come June 17th to 19th, 2020 in Accra, Ghana (West Africa). The Conference will welcome young African leaders, public officials, diplomats, students, corporate organizations, Civil Society Organizations, among others to discuss, interrogate and dialogue the possible ways of promoting Pan Africanism for Africa's development under the  theme: “Redefining Pan Africanism: The Role of Young Africans”.
