ESSER III Community Feedback
The American Rescue Plan Elementary and Secondary Emergency Relief (ARP ESSER) fund provides states and school districts help to safely reopen and sustain the safe operation of schools and address the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on the nation’s students. Under the requirements, each local education agency must develop a plan for the use of the ARP ESSER Funds. Funds are restricted to expenditures used to implement 1) prevention and mitigation strategies and, 2) address academic impact of lost instructional time.
To this end, we invite parents and community members an opportunity to provide input on the development of our Villa Grove CUSD #302 plan. Please provide any thoughts and suggestions you may have in the space below. All responses will be taken into account in developing a plan to submit to the Illinois State Board of Education for consideration of approval.
