Lights Out London signup form for businesses, property managers and residential buildings
This form is intended to be filled out by businesses, property owners and people in large residential buildings in London, Ontario and surrounding area, who wish to participate in Bird Friendly London's "Lights Out London" initiative in May 2022 by turning off unneeded lights after dark. Any information collected by this form will remain confidential unless otherwise indicated.

Individual residential home owners or renters are also encouraged to participate by turning lights out or closing curtains and blinds after dark, but do not need to fill out this form.
