We will use the information below to select people to offer places at our first event (25-27 March 2022, Ingestre Hall).  We will store the information you provide securely, and will not share it with anyone else except where we explicitly say otherwise: for example, we will post a list of everyone we're offering a place to on our Facebook group, to allow people to decide whether or not they still wish to attend.

We ask for your "wallet" name on the basis that, if you attend our event and we need to take you to A&E, we will want to facilitate them finding your medical records.  If you do not wish us to use this name in correspondence with you, please let us know.

You may submit up to three character concepts - at this stage, all we're looking for is their Clan or Bloodline, age category (neonate, ancilla, or elder), and a short summary, or "elevator pitch", of the concept (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elevator_pitch).  

At least one concept must be from a Common Clan (https://bloodandfirelarp.com/clans-and-bloodlines/).  Numbers of characters from Uncommon, Rare, and Very Rare Clans and Bloodlines will be strictly limited.

Please be aware that ancillae will be Uncommon and elders will be Rare in our game, meaning that their numbers will be strictly limited; we encourage you to ensure that at least one concept is a neonate.  You may submit the same concept as two different age categories if you wish.

A key factor in our decision-making will be why this character is a key player in the Anarch Revolt.  As such, you may wish to make a point of explaining that.  This is especially true if you are submitting a character concept that is Uncommon, Rare, or Very Rare.

You should include them in preference order (where Character Concept 1 is the one you are most enthusiastic to play), and should not include any concepts you do not actually want to play.  If a given concept is contingent on someone else being able to play a specific concept of theirs, please say who they are and which concept it is.

Please be aware that filling out this form is not a guarantee of getting a place.  We will do our best to accommodate as many people as possible but the venue has attendance limits and we wish to ensure we can provide as good a game experience as possible for as many people as possible, which may mean we are unable to offer you a place.  If that happens, we will put you on a waiting list so that we can potentially contact you if a place becomes free.
