This form and payment are mandatory for each individual child that participates in the 2021 CrossFit Morgantown Kids Fall Season.

CrossFit Morgantown Kids Fall Season Details:
Tuesdays and Thursday
September 14 - November 4, 2021 (8 weeks)

Times:
Roarin' Rowers (4yrs-1st grade) - 5:15-5:45p
Wallball Warriors (2-3rd grade) - 5:45-6:30p
Barbell Beasts (4-6th grade) -  6:30-7:15p

Located at CrossFit Morgantown (1065 Greenbag Rd. Morgantown, WV 26508)

Registration:
Registration fee is $200 per child. Payment can be made on Day 1 of classes with cash, check (made out to Renewed Strength, LLC) or credit card. CFM members may pay directly through their Wodify accounts.

Please register by September 5th. There is a limited quantity of spots available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
