You are always welcome and encouraged to transfer your ticket to someone else.

‍If this is not possible, and you feel you must cancel your ticket, our refund policy is as follows:
- 4 weeks or more before the event, we’ll refund you 80% (until May 12th)
- Between 4 weeks and 1 week before the event, we'll refund you 50% (until June 2nd)
- 1 week before the event there are no refunds, unless it's because you got Covid and are taking care of the community by not coming.

Refunds should be processed in 2-3 weeks from the time of the request. Thank you for your patience.

Due to us committing to headcount to caterers, the venue, t-shirts and other free goodies, the cost of every person to us is $200. We cannot change these numbers at this point.
