Homecoming Parade Entry 2021
Fill out the appropriate information below to register for a parade float. Sponsor is agreeing to pick up packet at Big Spring High School main office Tuesday September 14th or Wednesday September 15th. The parade packet has all details,  guidelines, and lineup. The Homecoming theme for 2021 is Disney - Where the Magic Begins. "When you wish upon a star, Big Spring HOCO is where you are."

I, the Sponsor/Organizer of float, will pickup parade packet information on either Tues Sept. 14th or Wed Sept. 15th. *
I, the Sponsor/Organizer of float will abide by following requirement: CANDY OR GUM WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE THROWN  OR HANDED OUT FROM THE FLOATS, CARS, TRUCKS, OR OTHER PARADE ENTRIES DURING THE HOMECOMING PARADE THIS YEAR. BE SURE THIS IS COMMUNICATED TO EVERYONE ON YOUR FLOAT! THE CITY OF BIG SPRING AND BSPD HAS ENFORCED THIS RULE , SO PLEASE HELP US OUT SO WE CAN CONTINUE TO HAVE A HOMECOMING PARADE. *
I, the Sponsor/Organizer of float will abide by following requirement: AS A SAFETY PRECAUTION, all children/students need to be safely seated or positioned on the float (not hanging off sides). Also, please be considerate of parade spectators and keep up the pace and spacing of parade. We have had many near accidents in past because people assume parade is over due to spacing issues. *
I, the Sponsor/Organizer of float will abide by following requirement: As the sponsor or coordinator of the float it is MY responsibly to make sure I follow all line up and traffic instructions. I will do my part to make the pre-parade smooth and orderly. *
Your float and all participants will be ready and lined up in correct order no later than 4:15 pm. Post your float number (in various locations) according to the information provided in this packet. *
Will you ensure and communicate pickup location to parents after parade is finished. Use a location NOT on parade route but rather continue on 10th and/or Nolan. *
I, the sponsor/organizer have read and understand the above mentioned rules and requirements. I agree to follow these and understand I am responsible for every person’s action on the float. I also understand that if I cannot follow these rules and requirements I will be escorted out of the parade and not be able to participate in future homecoming parades. *
