ان Be Brave Beirut مبادرة شعبية توفر دعم نفسي مجاني ومجهول الهوية لكل من يحتاج إليه . تأسست بعد انفجار مرفأ بيروت في 4 أغسطس عام 2020. وعلى الرغم من بدايتنا كجهود إغاثة ، فقد تطورنا إلى مبادرة تضم أكثر من 100 متطوع مستعدون لتقديم الدعم النفسي لأي شخص قد يحتاج إليه ، بغض النظر عن الهوية أو المشاكل. و قد تم تدريب كل المتطوعين على تقديم الدعم النفسي و يتم الإشراف عليهم بشكل دائم. إذا كنت بحاجة إلى مكان آمن للتحدث والتعبير عن أفكارك ، فنحن هنا لمساعدتك. سجل عبر هذا الرابط و سيتواصل معك أحد المتطوعين في غضون 48 ساعة. يمكنك تقديم رقم هاتفك (أو بريدك الإلكتروني ، أو أي وسيلة تفضل أن يتم الاتصال بك من خلالها) في هذا الرابط. .بالإضافة إلى ذلك، يرجى الملاحظة أن السرية مضمونة.

Be Brave Beirut (BBB) is a grassroots initiative providing free and anonymous emotional support to anyone who might need it. BBB was founded following the devastating Beirut blast on August 4th, 2020, and despite starting out as a relief effort, we have grown to an initiative of over 100 emotional support volunteers ready to help anyone who might need it, regardless of your background or struggles. BBB volunteers are trained to provide emotional support and are frequently supervised. If you need a safe space talk and express your thoughts, we’re here to help.
