We are located across the street from the Rochester Recreation Center and 125 Live, Rochester, MN.
Set up begins at 8:30am and tear down begins at 5pm.
Vendors must complete the appropriate tax form: ST 19 https://www.revenue.state.mn.us/sites/default/files/2011-11/st19.pdf (if you only sell your merchandise from your booth) Exemption: If your total income is below $500 and you participate in only one festival per year, you are not required to complete a MN form.
