Create Your Own Lane
When it comes to work, who determines your value? You or Your boss? It’s understandably easy to fall into the 40 x 40 x 40 trap! That is to work 40 hours a week, for 40 years of your life and then try to live off a pension that is 40% off what you earned before you retired. BUT for some, this is not enough. Some believe that the lane that has been chosen for them, or that they are in is not fulfilling. Confucius said “Choose a job you love and you'll never have to work a day in your life” This is what I did when I decided to create my own job, my own title, my own worth, my own lane.

This session will cover Ian's  journey from a simple bartender to the world’s only ever Ambassador for the Category of Rum and hopefully provide answers to questions such as…
