TANFF 2023 - Registration for Vendors & Performers

-Event Description:
Celebrate our diverse Asian cultures with us through a fantastic evening of performances and delicious ethnic foods set at beautiful Washbourn Gardens in Richmond.

This coming together of communities of people from widely diverse backgrounds and sharing of the Asian culture through food, costumes, music and dance is a wonderful opportunity for people of all ages to enjoy. This is a time for connections and celebrations.

-Vendor Pricing:
Food/Produce stalls: $50 without power // $70 with power
Info stalls: Free of charge (unless produce are sold/electricity needed)

-Cancellation Fee:
If the Vendor does not wish to attend/cancels their site:
-Before Saturday 28 January 2023 - 50% of site fee will be refunded
-After Saturday 28 January 2023 - no refund

If the Tasman Asian Night Food Fair is cancelled by the organiser, then all fees will be fully refunded.

(Please note, in case it rains, this event will probably be postponed to Sunday, 12 February 2023.)
