The Health Professional Student Association (HPSA) Advisor of the Year program is open to advisors, faculty, advisory committees, other staff, or entire school advisory programs at non-profit educational institutions in the United States or territories. Institutions can be at the associate (Community College), undergraduate, or post-baccalaureate level. Advisors from for-profit advising services and institutions will not be considered for this award.
Nominations are accepted from February 14, 2024, through March 31, 2024. No late submissions will be considered. Nominations must be provided by current or former students, and verification of student nominators may be required.
The HPSA Student Advisory Council will select two awardees from all valid nominations received by the deadline. The Student Advisory Council reserves the right to award multiple or no recipients by category, depending on the nominations received. All decisions of the Student Advisory Council are final. Awardees will be announced at the NAAHP Conference in Cincinnati, OH in June.
