Thank you for your participation in the Cordova Recreation & Park District adult sports league! Prior to scheduling, there is some important information that we'd like you to review.
Please follow the link below to review the following:
A) CRPD Sports Participant Rule packet(s);
B) The CRPD Code of Conduct, and;
C) Your team's placement in the correct night/division.
You may view/download a copy of the Rules and Code of Conduct by clicking the "Downloads" tab, located at the top of the home page. Locate your sport and click on the link to view/print a PDF version of the document(s). Divisional breakdowns (placement) are available by clicking on your sport/division, located on the left side of the home page.
Once you have reviewed these items, please complete the short contract below. This serves as your electronic signature (the equivalent of attending the managers meeting and signing your name). By completing these questions, you, the manager acknowledge you have read the rules and reviewed your schedule. Once completed, teams will not be eligible to move to a different division. As the manager, it is your responsibility to ensure every player on your team is aware of the CRPD Rules and Code of Conduct.
This contract must be completed. Managers that do not complete this contract may see their teams removed from the schedule.
