Please complete this form to register to take a Credit By Assessment Exam. They will be taken within the last two weeks of school at Chanhassen High School. Details on time and location will be sent closer to the date. Please note that Credit By Assessment is an option for learners to accelerate their learning path because they already know the material in a given course. CBA's represent the entirety of the curriculum in a course. The Standards and any formula sheets will be sent ahead of the testing date. All CBA exams include multiple choice and short answer sections. Learners must receive 80% on each section to move to the next section. Overall scores of at least 80% will receive credit.
