Upward Scholars Program Application for Returning Students—Confidential

Note: You are a returning student if you previously participated in Upward Scholars for at least one term.

You must first register for community college classes and then complete this application no later than Friday, June 14, 2024. Please read all questions and instructions carefully.

The Upward Scholars team reviews student applications every term. We reserve the right to deny admission or exit a student from our program at any time.

As a student, you must comply with the Student Rights & Responsibilities Policy or risk being removed from the program.

If you are not making significant progress with your academic and career goals, you may also be placed under review. You must provide additional information within specified deadlines or risk removal.
