Welcome to the CoC 2024 BME Educational Summit registration page. In this Google form, we will collect information we need to know about your planned attendance. A link to pay for registration will be provided at the end of this survey.
To allow for us to plan for the best experience, this survey will ask you to select your preference of sessions to attend. Your selections will be used to ensure sessions are not over prescribed and the room is large enough. Please download the Summit Program

We are limiting to three registrations per institution at this time. After the early registration deadline, we will open registration for more than three - up to 500 total attendees. If your department has selected you to attend this Summit, please use this form for your own registration and planned attendance.
