The Hurricane Classic will be held on October 5, 2024. The registration fee is $100. A separate check for $500 is also due as a performance bond. Performance order is based on receipt of the registration fee and performance bond NOT class.

All participating bands are required to pay a non-refundable $100 fee for participation in the Hurricane Classic.  A SEPARATE CHECK for a $500 Performance Bond must be submitted by every band, in accordance with GMEA guidelines.  This will include non-Georgia bands.  Registration is not final until receipt of these two checks made payable to the MAHS Band Boosters at: MAHS Band Boosters, Attn: Roy Denton 300 Double Springs Church Rd. Monroe, GA 30656. Performance order will be based on the receipt of these two checks and not class. 

Registration is open until September 6, 2024. Any bands who register after this day may not be accepted into the Hurricane Classic and may not have their school featured on any apparel, if such exists. Furthermore, any registered band who withdraws from the Hurricane Classic for any reason after September 13, 2024 will not have their bond check returned. Please confirm that you understand this policy.
