The regular schedule for on-campus learning ends at 3:30 PM Monday through Thursday and at 1:00 PM on Fridays. After this time, learners may remain on campus for our after care program. In the program, learners will be able to engage in continued play with games and curated activities. If weather permits, they may also spend some time outside playing. Further, learners may engage in continued learning by extending the activities curated by their guide earlier in the day.

The program will operate on all days that our campus is open for on-site student learning and will run from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM Monday through Thursday and 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM on Fridays. The cost of the program is $175 per month per child for the full week or $50 a month for just Fridays.

Any student still on campus at Phoenix Modern without prior arrangements after 4:00 PM Monday through Thursday and after 1:30 PM on Fridays will be considered part of the program and will incur a $10 fee for that day. Further, any student not picked up by 5:30 PM will incur a $5 late fee for every 15 minutes past 5:30 PM.  (i.e. first fee incurs at 5:45). Families will be invoiced at the end of each month.
