At Impact Baseball honoring God in all we say and do is our expressed goal. We encourage the players to play, the coaches to coach, the umpires to make the calls, and the spectators to positively support the efforts of all involved in the game. We know that God is in control and how we play the game is far more important than the final score.

Impact Baseball is a travel baseball program dedicated to helping our players reach their potential while preparing them to compete at their highest level. Character development and spiritual growth are the foundation for everything we do on and off the field. As we stay true to our commitment to provide a quality baseball program while giving God the glory--win or lose--we will create a credible platform to share the saving grace of Jesus Christ. Our mission is to train young men in baseball, life, and faith through practicing excellence on the field, serving others, and glorifying Jesus Christ in all things.

Parent/Guardian Agreement *

As a parent or guardian representing Impact Baseball, you will adhere to the following:

Pledge to provide positive support, care and encouragement to my player, his team, his coaches and the FCA Impact Baseball Program.

Pledge to provide positive support and encouragement to the visiting team and their coaches.

Maintain controlled and caring behavior and attitude at all athletic contests. We understand if a practice or game will be missed we will notify the coach immediately.

Respect the authority, position, and professionalism of the umpires.

Refrain from the use of foul language.

Refrain from the consumption of alcohol, drugs, tobacco, vaping, etc.

Refrain from yelling criticism at my player, his coaches or teammates.

Refrain from making derogatory comments to players, other parents, game officials or administrators.

Refrain from coaching during the game as it only serves to distract and confuse the players.

Willing to let the coach be responsible for my son during practice, games and team-related activities.

Will assist in providing for player safety and welfare.

Will notify the coach immediately if/when a practice or game will be missed.

Will handle any and all issues observing the 24 hour rule. If you have any complaints or issues you are expected to wait 24 before confronting your coach. If you feel your issue was not resolved you may then request a meeting with the FCA Impact board of directors.

I/we, the parent(s) or guardian of the player, acknowledge that I/we have read the terms of this Parent/Guardian Code of Conduct. Actions speak louder than words and I/we agree to conduct myself/ourselves according to the terms of this Code of Conduct. I/we also understand and agree that any violation of this code of conduct will be cause for suspension, dismissal, or permanent expulsion from future participation.

Player Agreement *

As a player representing FCA Impact Baseball, you will adhere to the following:

I will treat my teammates, coaches, umpires, opponents, spectators and all others involved in our athletic events with respect at all times.

I agree to submit willingly and cheerfully to the leadership of this team, even when I do not agree with their decisions.

I will give my best efforts and full attention to my coach, and do my best to follow their instruction. I will hustle at all times during practice and games. I will stay focused – keeping my head in the game and pay attention during practice and games.

I will commit my best effort to attend all practices and games as detailed on my schedule.

I will encourage and help my teammates and others.

I will give 100% and work hard during practices and games, striving to improve everyday.

I will work hard to have fun with my teammates.

I will take pride in how I play the game, how I approach the game, and how I wear my uniform.

I will demonstrate self control. I will strive to improve on this in the heat of competition, even when I disagree with the officiating, make an error, or strikeout.

I will not challenge an umpire during or after a game.

I understand that the following are behaviors are prohibited: attitude problems, back-talking a coach or parent, crude or vulgar language, throwing equipment, trash talking, use of tobacco, drugs or alcohol.

I will come prepared to all appropriate equipment to games and practices.

I understand that I am representing FCA Impact and will do so in the most positive way at all times.

As a member of FCA Impact Baseball, I understand that I am responsible for my conduct at all times during practices and games. Actions speak louder than words and I agree to conduct myself in a caring and controlled manner and to show good sportsmanship at all times. It has been made clear to me that if I do not live up to this Code of Conduct, I could lose my spot on the team.
