This survey is to gather final information about graduation for the Class of 2019. The Senior Sponsors, your SGA representatives, and the school administration will make final decisions on selections for the graduation ceremony.

4. If contemporary music is used for the recessional, what songs would you suggest?

5. Tickets for graduation will not be limited, but each of your guests MUST have a ticket. How many do you need?

6. Please list the name(s) of your guests who need special seating on the floor of Brooks and a brief description of their needs (i.e. space for wheelchair). One companion chair will accompany each special request.

7. If needed, childcare will be provided during graduation. Please list the names and ages of children who will need childcare during graduation. (Additional info will be required later). If no there are no requests, childcare will be cancelled.
