Boys 7-8th Grade Soccer Team Interest Form

Please fill out this interest form if your son is interested in joining the South Loop Elementary Soccer team. There will be a practice 2x/week during the competitive season. No soccer experience required but child must be willing to commit to at least 1 practice/week and compete in matches against other CPS schools.

We must have 15+ team members for each grade section in order to compete and capped at 20 on a first come first serve basis.

5th & 6th grade practice will be Tue & Thurs. after school (4pm-5pm) *coaches will walk kids over at 3:45
7th & 8th grade practice will be Tues. & Thurs. 5:15-6:15 (after test prep) or M/W after 5.
(Still trying to secure the practice field for 7& 8th practice.)
