The fee for participating in this life changing experience is R7 850 per person, excluding the transport, which we will be able to finalise by 23 June 2023.
The closing date for registration, with full payment, is 30 June 2023, although a non refundable deposit of R1000 should accompany your registration form...

ACCOMMODATION AND PERSONAL NEEDS:
 
Accommodation will be in tents, which you need to bring with. Depending on the mode of transport used, it is important to note that due to the lack of space no person will be allowed to stay alone in a tent, and we therefore encourage you to indicate on the registration form with whom you will be sharing and who is responsible for taking the tent – We encourage you to bring bigger tens to accommodate maximum people. (The sharing of tents is strictly restricted to people of the same gender and out of bounds for the opposite gender throughout the outreach).

A recommend list of personal items to take with will be circulated to all by 30 June 2023.

Please note that if you are under the age of 18 by the departure date, you will have to provide us with a letter from your parents that give consent that you may travel with us. More details will be provided to those under the age of 18.
