We are excited to co-create with you! Wellness practitioners and vendors bring an enriching element to our events that make them special and memorable. We take great care in curating our vendor areas and healing village. There are limited spots available, which are sold on a first come, first serve basis as applications are approved.

If you would like to be a part of Cosmic Kinection 2025, please read through this application thoroughly and fill out the form below.

Important Info - Please Read Thoroughly

We are committed to ensuring that the ratio of vendors to attendees is balanced and that there is a wide selection of products and services available in order to create a profitable environment for everyone. A limited number of vendor booths will be sold for each type of merchandise or wellness service. Food vendors will be limited to 6-8. 

Because we have vendors that specialize in drinks, vendors are not permitted to sell drinks other than water unless specifically approved. A very limited number of vendors will be pre-approved to sell specialty drinks such as kombucha, coffee, smoothies, etc. You MUST include this on your application.

Vending Fees

Vending fees cover the entire weekend including early entry on Tues, June 3 for all staff and include your booth, tent camping behind your booth and room for one standard vehicle to park (overflow parking is located nearby). Vendors are also allowed to stay until Monday.

The basic vending fee does not include electricity. Electricity is an additional fee based on how much power you need. 

**Each attendee also needs to purchase a ticket. Please purchase the Thurs-Sun ticket and early entry will be included for vending staff. 

If your application is approved, we will send you a link to pay for your spot. It must be paid within 10 days of receipt, or we may sell your spot to the next person in line. Late payment fee begins on April 1 and fees will go up.

Merchandise/Wellness Service Vendor Booth Fees are as follows:

~ General Registration:

- 10 ft frontage - $150

- 20 ft frontage - $275

~ Late Payment after April 1:

- 10 ft frontage - $250

- 20 ft frontage - $375

Food Vendor Booth Fees are as follows:

~ General Registration -

- 10 ft frontage - $400

- 20 ft frontage - $600

- 30 ft frontage - $800

~ Late Payment after April 1:

- 10 ft frontage - $500

- 20 ft frontage - $700

- 30 ft frontage - $900

**Food vendors will also be required to honor 20 meal tickets for musicians & staff.

Beverage Only Vendors -  Fees vary based on what you are offering, please fill out the form or contact us for pricing.

Electrical Hook Ups (No generators are allowed in main stage area):

     - 10 amps $50 (enough power for basic lights and charging phones, will not power fans or heaters)

     - 20 amp plug $100

- 30 amp plug $150

- 50 amp plug $250

Roaming Vendors:

Roaming vendors will be able to set up a table in the camping areas or roam around with your merchandise! In addition to the vending fee, you also need to purchase your ticket.

Water Access
There are no individual water hookups. A water access hose located behind the food vending location will be shared between all food vendors.

If you are a merch or wellness vendor that needs water to run your business, please let us know so we can place you in a spot where you can access it. 
Discounts Available
If you'd like to coCreate with us by offering a workshop, live art, art installations or performing, you could get a discount! You will be able to let us know what you're interested in offering on this form.
Oversized Vehicles
If you plan to bring an oversized vehicle, you must notify us and purchase an RV/Bus/Trailer pass. There is usually not room behind your booth to park large vehicles. You will need to park in the RV/Bus/Trailer parking, in Family Camping, approx 5-10 minutes walk from the vendor area.

If you would like to park your oversized vehicle closer to the vendor area, you will need to purchase a Main Stage Field or Cosmic Upgrade, which includes electricity, and is in the main stage area.
Vendor Sponsors
If you are seeking exclusivity with your product for our festival, you may opt to sponsor our festival. Please note on your application the specific product and category you are looking for exclusivity on, and we will follow up with you.
