Rivanna Community Church Summer Fest   VENDOR APPLICATION

Event Location - 601 Earlysville Green, Earlysville, VA 22936

Event Date/Time - Saturday, June 15, noon to 4 pm

Rain Date: Saturday, June 22, noon to 4 pm

In addition to the picnic we will host a Craft Fair and Silent Auction, both of which will benefit New Creation, a local non-profit who is creatively counteracting human trafficking. We would love your participation and support.

If the blight of human trafficking tugs at your heart, please consider donating a percentage of your day’s profits to NewCreation or making a donation of an item to the silent auction. 100% of the income from the table space, donations, and silent auction will go directly to NewCreation.

Details: Table Space rental is $25.00 for an 8.5 foot wide by 18 foot deep space. A limited number of tables are available on a first come, first served basis.

Vender Notification Date - We will get back to you as soon as possible, but no later than June 1. Our goal is to have a variety of quality goods to present to our community. As space is limited, we are screening our potential vendors to prevent having an overabundance of one type of item.
