If you would like your child(ren) to enter the distance learning program for the 2nd semester, please fill out this form.  By filling out this form and submitting, you understand that this is a semester-long commitment and, for grades 6-12, NDCDE will be used for the curriculum, instruction, and grading.  Deadline is December 6, 2020.
