JTA Conversations: Antisemitism on Campus & Title VI Investigations
After Oct. 7, the U.S. Department of Education has encouraged Jews affected by antisemitism on campus to file Title VI discrimination complaints in order to trigger wide-ranging investigations into colleges and K-12 schools. Since then, the department has opened 74 such investigations without revealing anything about them to the public.

JTA's recent reporting revealed how Title VI has become the "Wild West" for Jews on campus, setting off an influx of Title VI antisemitism complaints that are often based on flimsy sourcing and triggered by outside political actors with no connection to the affected Jewish students. Plus, JTA unveiled an exclusive database of all the investigations started since October 7.

This week, join JTA Editor in Chief Philissa Cramer and Senior Reporter Andrew Lapin to discuss the issues and get an insider demonstration of the only existing database of Title VI investigations into college antisemitism.
