Guidelines::
* Deadline to submit your stall registration is 9:00 pm on Friday August 16th 2019.
* Registrations are limited. First come first serve.
* Please make payment online at www.tama.org/payments.
* Registrations without payment are not accepted.
* No refunds. No walk-in registrations and no walk-in payments.
* Stalls timings: 4 pm to 10:00 pm on Saturday, August 17th 2019.
* One table & chair will be provided to each stallholder.
* No stall may be shared with another group or business.
* Stalls will be allocated by TAMA. Stallholder must set up in the area allocated.
 
Stallholder Agreement::

*TAMA may exclude, without refund, any person or stall who fails to comply with these Terms and Conditions on the day of the event.
*The stallholder hereby jointly and severally indemnifies TAMA and its management from and against any loss, costs or damages (whether direct or indirect) in any way arising out of the stallholders business or use of the site at TAMA Event to sell goods to patrons of the TAMA. This indemnity is absolute and unconditional, and the obligations of the stallholders shall not be released, discharged, modified, impaired or affected in any manner whatsoever.
*TAMA shall not be liable to the stallholder for any loss of profit, loss of business or consequential loss of the stallholder however caused.
