New this year! We will be working to give teams as many double headers as we can. Teams can expect to play two games a Tuesday as the bracket allows!

Please note that we will be unable to deconflict coach schedules due to the Double Header Format so coaches should have an Asst. Coach if coaching more than one team.

Cancellation Policy

I understand and agree that all cancellations due to weather or outside sources are unavoidable consequences of participating in an outdoor sporting event. I further understand and agree that all determinations in regards to cancellations will be made by the CSC Board of Directors or their agent. Finally I understand and agree that games are not guaranteed and the discretion to reschedule falls solely to the CSC Board of Directors or their agent.

Medical Waiver Policy

I understand and agree that it is my responsibility as the coach to collect and maintain all medical waivers for my entire team. I further understand that I will need to bring a copy of said waivers to turn into the program director on the first day of matches. Finally, I understand and agree that if I am found to be playing a player that has not turned in a medical waiver then I am liable to be expelled or suspended from the CSC Summerfest League and will subsequently be reported to my club/league.

Bracketing Policy

I understand and agree that brackets may be combined in both age groups and gender in order to create a sustainable bracket. I understand that every best effort will be made to minimize the combinations. Finally, I understand and agree that I will abide by and play in the bracket to which I am assigned and that no appeals will be heard.

Sportsmanship and Referee Policy

I understand and agree that I am responsible for maintaining sideline decorum and that all actions of my team including spectators are my responsibility to handle. I understand and agree that all decisions made by the referee are final and are not up for debate or appeal. I understand that disciplinary proceedings will be held if my team (or any member of my team) fails to meet decorum and sportsmanship standards. Finally, I understand that any and all complaints of Referee Abuse or Assault are automatically escalated to the NMYSA (Governing Body) level for a disciplinary hearing.
