2020/2021 Milwaukee Winter Farmers Market - NEW Vendor Interest Form
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, things have clearly looked a lot different in all aspects of our lives this year.  The Milwaukee Winter Farmers Market is committed to continuing access to fresh, local food through the winter months.  Initially we will only be bringing on accepted vendors from the 2019/2020 season.

If you've NOT been a part of the MWFM last season, but would like to be in consideration the MWFM please fill out the below info so we can be in touch.  There are no guarantees this season, but we are happy to see what interest we have from new businesses.  NOTE: this is not an official application, just an interest form
