Gates open to the public: Fri April 26 4pm & Sat April 27 10am.
Setup: anytime April 21-25. Breakdown on the 28th & 29th.
Do you want to showcase at the BrightFire Music & Arts Festival? Your work will be featured on-site and you may sell your work/services as well. Submissions may be made by individuals or groups/collectives.

- Illuminated sculpture
- Projection / Projection mapping
- Works must be fit for day and nighttime, and being on grass.
- There is no fee to submit.
Please send 4-10 images/video links that clearly showcase your work. You may submit more than 1 piece. Looking for large-scale work. If selected, you will be notified by email and a zoom meeting will be set with our curator. You may setup/work on-site the 4 days leading up to the event if needed.
Lights & Decor: Battery Powered is best. Headlamps, flashlight, string lights, spot lights, battery powered lights, etc. Decorations: flowers, fake candles, colorful, things that look nice at night and have their own light source. Elements of the festival: music, dance, flowers & fire (fake candles).
It would be ideal if any power could be supplied by a generator. Electricity is very limited at the site.
