The COMPSA Event Accommodation Form is to provide students with the proper resources and support necessary in order to attend upcoming events run by COMPSA or the School of Computing.

COMPSA will be monitoring the accommodation form up to 3 days prior to the event in order to give us ample time to prepare all the necessary resources and support. If there is an upcoming event that you would like to request accommodations for, please fill out the form by this deadline so that we can provide you with an equitable and enjoyable experience.

NOTE: While COMPSA cannot guarantee that we will be able to provide all the accommodations requested, we will try our best to take into account as many as we can.
